Limited Warranty for TSC Bar Code Printer and Accessories

TSC Auto ID Technology Co., Ltd. warrants to the customer that under normal use and service the bar code printer (with the exception of the print head) purchased hereunder shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months , from the date of invoice to the customer or, if the customer is not able to provide the proof of invoice, then the date of shipment from TSC Auto ID Technology Co., Ltd..

Expendable items or parts such as print heads, labels and ribbons are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover equipment or parts, which has been misused, altered, neglected, carelessly handled, failure to conduct regular maintenance or cleaning, or used for purposes other than those for which the printer was manufactured. This warranty also does not cover loss, damages resulting from accident, or damages resulting from unauthorized service.

Thermal Print Head

The warranty of the thermal print head shipped with printer is limited to twelve (12) months or one (1) million inches whichever comes first from the date of invoice to the customer or, if the customer is not able to provide the proof of invoice, then the date of shipment from TSC Auto ID Technology Co., Ltd..

For thermal print head spare parts, the warranty is limited to three (3) months from the date of invoice to the customer or, if the customer is not able to provide the proof of invoice, then the date of shipment from TSC Auto ID Technology Co., Ltd..

The warranty does not cover thermal print head which has been misused, altered, neglected, handled carelessly, failure to conduct regular maintenance or cleaning, or damaged due to improper cleaning or unauthorized repairs.

Automatic Cutter

The regular/heavy duty automatic cutter is designed to cut on the label media without glue. The warranty of the automatic cutter is limited to twelve (12) months from the date of invoice to the customer or, if the customer is not able to provide the proof of invoice, then the date of shipment from TSC Auto ID Technology Co., Ltd..

This warranty does not cover equipment or parts, which has been misused, altered, neglected, carelessly handled, failure to conduct regular maintenance or cleaning, or used for purposes other than those for which the cutter was manufactured. This warranty also does not cover loss, damages resulting from accident, or damages resulting from unauthorized service.

Portable Keyboard KP-200 Series and Smart Keyboard KU-007 Series

The warranty of Portable/Smart Keyboard is limited to twelve (12) months from the date of invoice to the customer or, if the customer is not able to provide the proof of invoice, then the date of shipment from TSC Auto ID Technology Co., Ltd..

This warranty does not cover equipment or parts, which has been misused, altered, neglected, carelessly handled, or used for purposes other than those for which the keyboard was manufactured. This warranty also does not cover loss, damages resulting from accident, or damages resulting from unauthorized service.

Scanner Series

The warranty of scanners (HCS-200 Series) is limited to five (5) years from the date of invoice to the customer or, if the customer is not able to provide the proof of invoice, then the date of shipment from TSC Auto ID Technology Co., Ltd..

This warranty does not cover equipment or parts, which has been misused, altered, neglected, carelessly handled, or used for purposes other than those for which the scanner was manufactured. This warranty also does not cover loss, damages resulting from accident, or damages resulting from unauthorized service.

Battery Pack Series

The warranty of battery pack series (including battery charger) is limited to twelve (12) months from the date of invoice to the customer or, if the customer is not able to provide the proof of invoice, then the date of shipment from TSC Auto ID Technology Co., Ltd..

This warranty does not cover equipment or parts, which has been misused, altered, neglected, carelessly handled, or used for purposes other than those for which the battery/charger were manufactured. This warranty also does not cover loss, damages resulting from accident, or damages resulting from unauthorized service.
